This is a less comprehensive and far more costly program, but it might interest you. By visiting the 7-Day Belly Blast Diet, you can get a look at the overall philosophy of this quick fix. Josh presents the three major problems he sees as keeping you from a flat belly and tells how his program solves each of them. His slogan is “Drop up to 11 lbs of excess water, belly fat, and ‘toxic waste’ in the next 7 days,” and he offers a 14-day trial at a much reduced rate. I find his site a bit irritating—he has one of those pop-ups as you leave asking if you’re sure you want to leave. Well, yes, I wouldn’t have clicked the close button otherwise!
