Everyone these days is looking for fast weight loss diets. One popular contender is Fat Loss 4 Idiots. The emphasis here is on eating the right foods at the right times so they’ll burn fat from your body. On their website, they have separate articles you can click that explain why various diets, from counting calories to name-brand “star” diets, don’t work. Their slogan is “Lose 9 lbs. every 11 days.”
I must admit, I haven’t checked out this program. I think the speed of weight loss claimed, even if true, is unhealthy. I think that exercise is a necessary part of any long-term weight loss diet, which is why I prefer the Fat-Burning Furnace (see my other post titled The Quickest Way to Burn Fat). But if you try out Fat Loss 4 Idiots, please let me know how it works out for you. I’d love to know if it’s really a more effective fast weight loss diet.
